Board Game Biz was founded by Games industry veteran Steve Reece. Steve’s long journey in Gaming began way back in the early 1980s when he was soon addicted to playing iconic Games Risk & Diplomacy.

Steve entered the Games industry around 25 years back, joining Hasbro’s European market research department after training in both Qualitative and Quantitative market Research. He went on to research test many of Hasbro’s iconic Games classics with children, families and adults. He then moved on into Brand Management with Hasbro Games, managing classic Games including Monopoly, Clue/do, Risk, Game of Life, Yahtzee, Trivial Pursuit and many more across Europe. Following this, Steve lead two Games industry startups to success. The last two Board Games portfolios he managed were sold for a reported $130m+. And for around a decade and a half Steve has been Consulting for Games companies all around the world. He has worked extensively with Games Publishers, Games Factories, Games Inventors, Games Distributors and across other facets of this industry.
